Sun H was born in Vietnam, lived in a refugee camp in Cambodia for 2 years and came to Greensboro, NC at the age of six. Sun is Montagnard, specifically from the Bunong tribe, an indigenous group found in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Currently, she works as the Statewide Base Building Organizer at SEAC and serves as vice-chairperson at the Montagnard Dega Association.
