Phoebe Balascio (she/her) is a transracial, transnational Chinese American adoptee who grew up in Delaware and is currently a graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh. She is interested in public health, racial and immigrant justice, eliminating gender-based violence, and abolishing the adoption industrial complex.
