Phillipe Thao (he/him) is a second-generation queer Hmong American in St. Paul, MN. He enjoys writing and using social media to create spaces for advocacy, uplifting marginalized voices, and social commentary. His fuel comes from his family, queer, and Southeast Asian community members. Phillipe is excited to join DAT 2021 during a crucial time in order to expand his knowledge on state-sanctioned violence and better advocate for our community members who are most vulnerable.
