Lyss is a rising junior at Cornell University majoring in Urban and Regional Studies and minoring in Southeast Asian Studies. Her Cambodian heritage has largely influenced her studies and her dreams to become an urban planner who can contribute to creating sustainable and equitable communities. In her free time, she enjoys napping, watching shows, and volunteering! She consider her friends to be her family in addition to her actual family :) She is so excited to participate in DAT as she is super passionate about education and want to learn skills that will help her further advocate for issues she believes in.
