Kevin (he/they) is a second-generation Vietnamese American whose interests lie at the intersection of language acquisition, queer studies, and refugee/migration studies. Kevin enjoys biking on Rock Creek Park with his mother, reading books by diasporic Viet authors, and cooking a mean phở broth. Kevin’s family/community is their brother, mother, step-dad, cat, and their progressive QTAPI friends. Kevin is excited to transform his newfound knowledge of immigration policy into concrete action post-DAT 2021.
