Anh Tran

She/her/hers

Anh was born and raised in So-Cal. After dropping out of high school, traveling around Europe and Asia, and living/practicing in a Buddhist monastery for about 15 years, she is now living and going to school in Boston. She enjoys meditation and martial arts. At the moment, her martial arts of choice are boxing and kickboxing. She brings her ancestors, her parents, teachers, friends with her wherever she goes, so wherever she may be, with whomever she is surrounded by, she considers her family and community. She is excited to join DAT 2021 because she wants to be a better source of support and resource for her Southeast Asian siblings within and beyond her community.
